• Product accounts — if you use a Py Functions product such as Synopsist, that product's own privacy notice governs data collected within the product.

• To respond to inquiries and fulfill service engagements.

• To improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns.

Our product Synopsist sends text messages to its own account holders — for example, a reply confirming a call they asked us to place, or a lead alert forwarded from their CRM. A mobile number is only ever provided by the account holder themselves, in their own account settings, and is used solely to send the messages they switched on.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support the service, such as our messaging provider, is limited to delivering those messages. All other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is never shared with any third party.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Messages can also be turned off at any time in the product's own settings.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

pyfunctions.com is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
